Return And Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. To request a return, contact us with your order number and reason.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened Pokémon packs or boxes, used or damaged items not caused by us, clearance or final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to process. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

Items are replaced only if defective or damaged. Contact us with your order details for exchange requests.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, check your bank account, contact your payment provider, and if still not received, email us.
